SHOPPING INFORMATION
Each Patriot Plate is manufactured on-demand. Your Patriot Plate is usually started very shortly after receiving the order. Depending on the amount of volume though, it can take an extra day to get started in the manufacturing process. Total time from start though is usually 1-2 days to manufacture and cure your Patriot Plate.
We usually ship UPS and it takes approximately 1-3 days on average for UPS to deliver.
Once we receive your order, we review the requirements and make sure that we can deliver your Patriot Plate in a timely fashion. If we have any questions, we will contact you before we start the manufacturing process.
We usually (depending on sales volume) begin manufacturing the Patriot Plate on the same day the order was placed. The Patriot Plate cures for 1 day, quality control inspects it, then your Patriot Plate gets shipped out!
You will receive an order confirmation with the detail after your order is submitted. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please let us know and we can check your entered email address in our system.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
The payment is taken from your account at the time of order, not the time of shipment.
A wishlist is a way to save products you are interested in for later. You can see your wishlist by clicking on the “heart” icon in the upper-right of the website.
Contact Us right away! Every Patriot Plate that leaves our site is in perfect condition and packaged in a way that prevents the Patriot Plate from getting damaged. It would need to be heavily abused to get damaged during shipping.

We are online shoppers too! So yes, we realize that minds and circumstances change! Just contact us and let us know. However there is a different policy for custom designs.
RETURNS
We are a small business, so returns and exchanges are something that we try to avoid as much as possible. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Patriot Plate, but if you aren’t, please send it back within 10 days and we will return your payment minus our original cost of shipping ( typically around $15-20).
